      Download ClearType Tuner PowerToy and save it to your desktop

      Double Click the file on your desktop and install ClearType

      Once installation has finished, make sure you keep the "Launch the Program" checkbox checked

      Once the program has launched, click "Turn On ClearType" and begin to see how great the fonts look now. You can also click "Start Wizard" to customize your settings to your liking
