How to make Peanut Butter Bars

These delicious dessert bars can be prepared in minutes!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup white karo syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 9 x 13 pan

Step1
Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Step2
Mix sugar and karo syrup in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Step3
Turn off heat and add peanut butter. Mix well.
Step4
Stir in crispy rice cereal.
Step5
Transfer to prepared pan. Let stand for 2 hours before cutting into squares. Serve at room temperature.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can chill the bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes if you want to serve them sooner.
  • These bars are very addictive!
