      Launch Internet Explorer.

      From the "Tools" menu, select "Pop-up Blocker" and click "Turn on Pop-Up Blocker." The Pop-Up Blocker is now enabled.

      If you want to enable pop-ups from specific websites, then you need to add them to your pop-up enabled sites list. To do so, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Pop-Up Blocker" and "Pop-Up Blocker Settings."

      From the "Tools" menu, select "Options." The Options dialog appears.
