Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of low fat milk
- very small amount of butter

Step 1
Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk for 1 minute

Step 2
Add the cup of milk and whisk for another minute

Step 3
Melt the butter in a in a pan and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan

Step 4
Turn the heat down and stir the mixture constantly while cooking.

Step 5
The eggs will be done when they are solidified into little balls.

on 3/20/2009 Well, if you like your scrambled eggs solidified in little balls then this is the recipe for you. I like soft, fluffy scrambled eggs myself.
