How to cook scrambled eggs

This is a quick and easy recipe for scrambled eggs

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • very small amount of butter
  1. Step 1

    Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk for 1 minute

  2. Step 2

    Add the cup of milk and whisk for another minute

  3. Step 3

    Melt the butter in a in a pan and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan

  4. Step 4

    Turn the heat down and stir the mixture constantly while cooking.

  5. Step 5

    The eggs will be done when they are solidified into little balls.

Tips & Warnings
  • Serve the eggs on a piece of toast
  • Make sure that you turn the heat low. Otherwise the eggs will stick to the pan - cleaning the pan will not be much fun.

on 3/20/2009 Well, if you like your scrambled eggs solidified in little balls then this is the recipe for you. I like soft, fluffy scrambled eggs myself.
