How to cook scrambled eggs

This is a quick and easy recipe for scrambled eggs

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of low fat milk
• very small amount of butter

1. Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk for 1 minute
2. Add the cup of milk and whisk for another minute
3. Melt the butter in a in a pan and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan
4. Turn the heat down and stir the mixture constantly while cooking.
5. The eggs will be done when they are solidified into little balls.

Tips & Warnings

• Serve the eggs on a piece of toast
• Make sure that you turn the heat low. Otherwise the eggs will stick to the pan - cleaning the pan will not be much fun.
