Ever wonder how to make GREAT BBQ pork?

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • crockpot
  • pork roast 2-5 pounds
  • bbq sauce 2-5 cups
  • Lipton Onion soup packet
  • 2 Tablespoon Corn Starch

Step1
put pork roast in Crockpot. Add Lipton soup mix (powder),2 cups BBQ sauce and let cook 4-5 hours on LOW
Step2
If pork doesn't tear apart easily, manually shred pork with fork. Add 1 cup (or enough sauce to coat everything) of BBQ sauce and mix together
Step3
Cook for another hour and in the remaining 30 minutes add the Corn starch to thicken up the juice.
Step4
Serve on buns of your choice, and ENJOY

Tips & Warnings

  • sometimes I find a pork roast with a bunch of fat. It's easier to get the fat off when mixing up everything after it's cook for 5 hours. Just throw the fat away.
