How to make Amazing Orange Cicle Smoothies

This smoothie can be modified to meet your dietary needs.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Juicer
  • Hand blender
  • caraf or metal mixing container
  • ice
  • 1/4 c soy milk
  • 1/2 c OJ
  • 1/2 c fat free vanilla yogurt
  • Protein powder (optional)
  1. Step 1
     

    Combine all liquid ingredients in your container

  2. Step 2

    Add ice cubes

  3. Step 3

    Add protein powder if desired

  4. Step 4

    Using the hand mixer (note this is a single blade type hand mixer not a stand or normal double beater mixer) until ice is fully crushed and the drink is blended.
    Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Add extra vanilla or banana extract for a kicked up flavor
  • Using the protein addition is a great way to help this drink stick with you and not spike your sugar levels. Perfect for breakfast.

on 7/27/2008 This sounds good. Nice and simple with room to add ingredients. I survive on a similar smooth except I replace half the oj with a little carrot juice (100%) and use nonfat organic yogurt. It adds more nutrients and makes it so yummy.
