Things You'll Need:
- 1-1/2 lb beef - cubed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion - chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon vegatable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1 clove garlic - chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup catsup
- dash of seasoned pepper
- 4 potatoes - quartered
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 4 carrots - cut up
- Large skillet

Step 1
Brown beef and onion in oil.

Step 2
Add garlic, salt, pepper, soup, wine, and water.

Step 3
Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
