How to Make Veal in Cream And Cheese Sauce

Things You'll Need

  • 5 veal loin chops
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms - drained
  • 1 onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 copu sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (swiss, mozarella, or monterey jack)
  • Noodles or Rice

Instructions

      Brown mushrrroms and onion in skillet and remove. Set aside.

      Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dip chops in egg, then in crumb mixture. Brown on both sized in hot oil.

      Return mishrooms and onions to skillet. If veal is not too thin, you may want to add a little water. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

      Just before serving, stir in sourcream and shredded cheese. Serve right away over noodles or rice or by itself.
