Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
- 2 cups finely chopped clams
- 2 cups small diced potatoes
- 1/2 cups small dices carrots
- 4 cups half & half
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook until vegetables are tender and mixture has thickened.

Step 2
Stir in half & half. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
