Flare makes a halo or glow around bright objects, causes a general fogging of the film, and overall decreases the contrast of the image.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Photoshop
  • The image
  1. Step 1

    Open Photoshop, open the image

  2. Step 2

    Go to Filters, then go to Renders and then choose Lens Flare

  3. Step 3

    Move the target by using left mouse to wherever you want the flare to starts

  4. Step 4

    Choose the britness level

  5. Step 5

    Choose the lens type, from small to big

  6. Step 6

    Hit OK
