You are regular poster on forums. Always want to have a nice sig with an image and text? This will teach you how to make a photo manipulation sig.
Now we can begin. First, duplicate the layer using Ctrl+J. Now add a Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur with 5 pixel. Set that layer to Overlay.
Lots of people would leave it at that, but not me! Duplicate the first layer again. Now go to Filter>Blur>Lens Blur, and set it how you want it, and again set it to overlay
Now if you want you can finish, but i do a bit more. With some, you can do a Filter>Distort>Glass and set it to overlay, but on mine it doesn't look good. So, duplicate the first layer again and this time put it to Filter>Brush Strokes>Dark Strokes, or something else you think looks good. Set it to overlay again.
Now add text, a border and anything else you want, and you're done! You can also do a color balance layer in it, but I didn't want to.
