I know this sounds like a pretty simple task. You're thinking, yeah just double knot it. Well that would be one way, but if you have waxy shoe laces, like on golf shoes it just eventually slips out. I'm going show you a way that will work for all types of laces, short laces, and even the waxy ones.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

First of all you're gonna start to tie your shoe like normal. The one where you draw your other shoe lace around the "bunny ear."

  2. Step 2

Instead of going around the "bunny ear" once, you're going to go around it twice.

  3. Step 3

Now finish tying your shoes by drawing your other "bunny ear" through both loops you just made.

  4. Step 4

Snug everything up and your laces are good to go. I guarantee that once you snug up your lace your shoes won't come untied. This is the perfect solution to those nice golf shoes and dress shoes that always come untied.
