Okay, so this will sound like a "GIRL" Thing -- but trust me, you hard core guys will appreciate this as well! And yes, it's great on all other bikes too :)

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 hardtail cycle
  • 1 ikea sheepskin ($20 roughly)
  • Sharp cutting instument
  • bungy net (optional)
Step1
Drape sheepskin, Fur DOWN across the entire seat surface with the narrowest end towards the tank.
Allow 3-4 inches to drap onto the tank.
Step2
Trim excess from sides only to the point to avoid the skin coming in contact with either the motor or pipes if you purchased a large one.
Step3
Flip the fur skin side down.
Step4
Tuck the front 3-4" between the seat and the tank to lock the front into place.
Secure the back (on passenger area) with cargo netting. You can also secure the sides using gator clips on bungy cording to your side rack mount.

Tips & Warnings

  • remove in inclement weather where the bike is exposed to the elements.
  • Toss in the dryer once a month for 15 minutes to help restore pile.
  • use doubled if you like extra cushion - skin sides together or fur to skin.
  • If the skin singes trim farther from the heat source.
