1. The first thing you need to do, and it is mentioned in the "Things you need" section, is to have your fake ID expertly crafted. This generally costs more, but it can make the difference between getting what you want, and getting caught.
2. Next, dress in appropriate attire. In order to pass off your age you need to look the part. Don't be flashy, don't be gaudy. Anything over the top could provoke extra attention from the person you are trying to fool.
3. DON'T BE NERVOUS. Fidgeting, not looking them in the eyes, looking around, and just overall shady behavior is a sure sign to them that you are doing something you shouldn't be.
4. When you talk, even your voice can give you away. So do your best not to talk with too much inflection, don't be too giddy, or overtalkative. Just act completely normal.
