How to Make Spinach, Artichoke and Mushroom Pie

A quick recipe.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained (save oil marinade)
  • 1 package uncooked, chopped prozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crisco shortening or pam cooking spray
  • bowl
  • spoon
  • 10 inch pie plate
  • oven
  • pan
  • stove

Step1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step2
Grease the pie plate well using the shortening or cooking spray.
Step3
Saute the mushrooms and onions in some of the oil from the jars of artichoke hearts over medium heat.
Step4
Combine with remaining ingredients in the well-greased pie plate.
Step5
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
