How to Order Print Photos from Kodak EasyShare Gallery

A lot of us take for granted how easy we think it is to share photos online. I’m writing this weHow specifically for my parents – who recently became grandparents – and continually have a hard time when I send them an email invite to “view my photos.” When they actually can log in, they then have a really hard time ordering prints.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer with an internet connection
• Patience

1. You see the dreaded email from your family or friends and there is that one picture that is teasing you to click on View Photos button. Go ahead! Click it!
2. Doing this will prompt you to set up an account; don’t be scared. Just give them your email address and make up a password – how about your grandchild’s name? Once you have set up an account, then you can take a look at the pictures. And you will never have to go through the registration process again! When you get the next batch, you can just type in your username and password and you will be good to go…
3. Click on the tab in the top right corner that says Buy Prints. You will see thumbnails of each picture with a little box next to it that you can check if you want to order a print of it. Once you have done that, click the yellow Add to Cart button on the bottom right of the webpage.
4. This next page allows you to actually go down the list of photos and decide if you want to have a 4” by 6” copy of the photo, or if you want a different size of the picture. You can go down the list one by one and decide which ones you want larger, or wallet-size, etc. and it will keep track of these changes. When you are done, click on the yellow Checkout button on the bottom right of the page.
5. You will be prompted to give your password again, so enter it in the box. Put in the mailing address of where you want the pictures sent to you. You can also put in the address of someone you would like to send the pictures to. Click the yellow Next button.
6. Then choose the kind of shipping you want (and you will see the corresponding cost as well). Click the yellow Next button.
7. The next page recaps your order to make sure everything is correct. Click the yellow Next button.
8. Okay, this is the scary part. You will be asked for your credit card information. The website is secured so no one should be able to steal your information. Enter your billing address (if its different from the mailing address you entered earlier). And click the yellow Place Order button. You will get an automatic confirmation and order number to track.
9. Enjoy the pictures!!!

Tips & Warnings

• There are also options to have the pictures automatically framed for an additional cost
• If you decide that you don’t want a picture, you can click on the “remove” link from the size-ordering page
