How to Make Beer Bread

Things You'll Need

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 oz. of beer (flat beer is best)
  • Crisco Grease or Pam Cooking Spray
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Oven
  • Loaf Pan

Instructions

    • 1

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Mix ingredients together and pat in one (well-greased) loaf pan.

    • 3

      Bake immediately at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
