Have you ever had an empty fridge and either no time or money to shop for groceries for lunch or dinner. Eating "Seagull" style will allow you to over come these two obstacles and fill your belly with some good grub.
Things You'll Need
- Flour tortillas
- Cheese (any kind but Cheddar preferable)
- Fridge full of assorted items
- Sauces (ketchup/salsa/etc)
Instructions

1
Take 2 flour tortillas out of package (if you do not have flour hard shell will work)
-
2
Hopefully you will have shredded cheddar cheese on hand, if not mozzarella and other kinds of cheese can work.

Start to look through your fridge for any products that may add to your feast. I have found that chicken nuggets or any left over meat (hamburger/fish/chicken) work great as a filler for your tortillas.

Now look for any sauces that can add to your creation, this will spice up your meal and add a little flavor. Nothing is over the top and eating "Seagull" style is an economical and also useful way to clean out your fridge and fatten up your wallet.

LOL, and if you have corn tortias, put cheese on them and fry them up in a pan. Really good that way! -

That's how we ate growing up! Great idea, and you can always count on having mustard in the fridge ;)
