Things You'll Need:
- flour tortillas or soft taco shells, fish (white fish such as mahi mahi or halibut), taco seasoning, red onion, cabbage, tomatoes, lime, cilantro, sour cream.

Step 1
Marinate fish in seasoning (mix of cumin, chili powder, garlic salt- to desired taste). Set aside

Chop red onion, cabbage (green and red), tomatoes, lime wedges, cilantro

Add enough oil to a cast iron skillet or pan to lightly coat it and heat to medium high. Add chopped fish and cook until golden.

Step 4
Once fish has cooked through (i.e. no pink) remove from heat and place on the tortilla or taco shell. Top with the chopped red onion, cabbage (green and red), tomatoes, cilantro, and top with a dollop of sour cream. Squeeze juice from lime wedge over taco.
