Things You'll Need:
- Pasta (Fusilli works best)
- Fresh Tomatoes (1 or 2)
- Lettuce (Spinach, Greenleaf, Romaine or Butter Lettuce)
- Avocado (1 ripe)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; while pasta is cooking, do next steps

Step 2
In a medium/large bowl, wash and tear enough lettuce to your liking (exact quantity not important)

Chop tomato(es) into small wedges and add to bowl

Cut avocado in half, spoon chunks into bowl (if this is for one person I would use 1/3 to 1/2 of the avocado)

Once pasta is cooked, drain well and put directly into bowl

Step 6
Season with the following:
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar -
Step 7
Toss, add parmesan cheese to taste, toss well
