The mornings are a crazy time for parents with kids that need to go to school by 7:30am and want to wait till the last minute to wake up. Donuts, sugar cereal, and other "easy to prepare foods" are not healthy, so what do you do?

on 10/1/2006 Eating healthy can tast great. I do the same thing, Pam instead of butter, Egg Beaters or Egg Whites instead of eggs. Egg Beaters are the easiest to use since they come in easy to pour containers.
