How to Make Great Guacamole

There is few foods that are as tasty as guacamole. The problem is that guacamole differs greatly among establishments and unless you make it from scratch, you may be disappointed.

Things You'll Need

• Avocados, tomatoes, fresh garlic, salt, fresh limes, red onions, cilantro and jalapeno

Instructions

1. 

   Take six ripe avocados and peel off the skin. Then, scoop out the center without the pit into a large bowl.

2. Dice one medium size onion and chop 3 small tomatoes. Put into bowl.

3. Chop 2 fresh garlic cloves and one small jalapeno. Put into bowl.

4. Squeeze one medium sized fresh lime into the bowl.

5. Chop the cilantro and add about half a cup.

6. Stir the guacamole and then add salt as needed. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

• You may want to add some tabasco sauce

• Keep tasting it while you are making it

• Eat with fresh corn chips and a margarita
