Pour 8 ounces of milk into the blender. Keep in mind that generally milk higher in fat has more protein.

Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to the blender. I recommend natural peanut butter as it has no sugar or trans fat

Tips & Warnings
Use water instead of milk if you are not about to go to bed or just finished working out as it will absorb into your muscles faster
Drink too much of this and you will look like Arnold!
