Still others would argue that Antonio’s is the best pizza in the country, or even the world. Consequently the little pizza shop located in the heart of downtown Amherst is usually crowded and loud. It is important to know how to order when you go to Antonio’s.

Things You’ll Need:

1. Know in advance what kind and how many slices of pizza you want.
2. When you enter the store immediately establish the end of the ordering line. There will be many people milling about just trying to decide what kind of pizza they want or trying to figure out how to navigate the cramped environment.
3. Be alert and focus on the guys behind the counter taking orders. They serve the people that are ready. They don’t necessarily serve the next person in line.
4. If the people ahead of you in line do not speak up when the serving guys yell “Next!” then shout out your order. Wait for the server to acknowledge you and grab your slices.
5. After you have seen your slices go into the oven for a quick re-heating move out of the ordering line. Have your money ready, get to the cashier, settle up, and find a place to stand for a minute or two.
6. Keep an eye on the oven and be ready when your slices re-emerge. Grab them quickly once they get moved to the counter.
