People love Deviled Eggs! They are always a big hit at parties. Deviled Eggs are so easy to make, I'll show you how:

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 8 Eggs
  • Pot
  • Knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Mayonaise
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • Ground Pepper
  • Paprika or Cayenne Pepper
  • Serving Dish

Step1
Boil eggs in pot for 20-25 minutes to make sure they are cooked thoroughly.
Step2
Once the eggs are cooked, run cold water over the eggs to cool them off enough so you will be able to handle them.
Step3
Remove the shells off all your eggs and rinse.
Step4
Slice the eggs in half and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
Step5
Place the white part of the egg on your serving dish.
Step6
Smash the yolks into fine pieces with a fork.
Step7
Add 2 heaping tablespoons of mayonaise and 1 heaping tablespoon mustard to the yolks. Add ground pepper to taste and mix well.
Step8
You can either scoop the yolk mixture into the hollowed part of the egg white or you can add the yolk mixture to a pastry bag and squeeze it out using a fancy tip.
Step9
Sprinkle with Paprika or Cayenne Pepper and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

  • Pampered Chef makes some great products for Deviled Eggs. I use their Easy Accent Decorator, which makes adding the egg yolk so much easier. I also use the Chillzanne Tray to transport my Deviled Eggs to parties.
