Feel like a kid again! Do some cartwheels outside in the grass. Don't remember how?

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • open space
  • some amount of flexibility
Step1
Pick which side of your body you will lead with by stepping forward and leaning like you would start your cartwheel. Whichever side feels more comfortable is the one you should choose.
Step2
Start with both hands above your head.
Step3
Lead with your comfortable leg by stepping forward while stretching for the ground with first your lead side arm and then the next.
Step4
Your arms support your weight while your lead leg gives you the momentum to flip over. Your lead leg lands last.
Step5
Strike a pose! You did it!

Tips & Warnings

  • Stretch out first.
  • Make sure you are in moderate physical condition and have health insurance before attempting.

on 3/2/2008 The further you split your legs apart when you kick them over, the easier it will be to complete the cartwheel.
