on 8/6/2009 I recommend drinking a big glass of water and taking a couple tylenol. Then when you wake up drink another glass of water...eat some saltines if queasy. The quencher the next morning is to drink a carbonated drink. The bubbles really feel good and hits the spot! Of course, this depends on what you were drinking. Some things you just can't avoid feeling bad after! Just assume the next day is nap day!

Remember that sobering up occurs while you're sleeping, and therefore the water needs to already be absorbing. It might feel weird to drink so much water - but your body needs it all. And in the morning, when you wake up having to go to the bathroom really badly, all you're getting rid of is excess water and, most importantly, the metabolized alcohol molecules that would o

on 9/19/2006 After a night of drinking and before you go to bed, drink 32 oz. of water (or as much as you can), 4 ibuprofen (read warnings about ulcers), and 4 antacids. You should wake up hangover-free.
