I often purchase fresh herbs in the winter when my herb garden is dormant. I have wasted so much $$ on the "bunches" of herbs in the supermarket all of which were not needed at the time. They are usually useless in 2 days. I can't believe I never thought of something so simple! Thanks eHow!
