- Melted chocolate (optional)

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325° F.

Grease a large baking sheet.

Shape the cookie dough into an 8-inch holiday tree shape on the baking sheet.

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown.

Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then carefully loosen the cookie with a spatula.

Allow the tree to cool completely on the baking sheet before removing it.

Decorate with frosting, sprinkles, melted chocolate or whatever else you may think of.
