Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 gallon freshly brewed, double strength coffee, chilled
  • 4 1/2 c. Nestle® Carnation® Evaporated Milk, chilled, divided
  • 1 c. granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream
  • Nestle® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Groceries
  • Blenders
  • Coffee Makers
  • Coffee Mugs
  • Fruit And Vegetable Peelers
  • Ladles
  • Punch Bowls
  1. Step 1

    Pour chilled coffee into a large punch bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Combine 2 1/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla extract in blender. Blend until frothy.

  3. Step 3

    Add milk mixture to the coffee.

  4. Step 4

    Repeat blending with remaining evaporated milk and sugar and add to coffee.

  5. Step 5

    Add scoops of ice cream to punch and top with chocolate curls.

  6. Step 6

    Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make the coffee by adding 2 rounded tablespoons of ground coffee to every 6 ounces of water. Vary measurements to suit your individual taste.
  • To make chocolate curls, carefully draw a vegetable peeler across a bar of Nestle® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Vary the width of your curls by using different sides of the chocolate bar.
