How to Do a Qigong Self Healing Exercise

Qigong are ancient Chinese exercises for maintaining good health. These exercises are done each day by over one hundred million Chinese everyday. Qigong is now being taught by me in America.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, Bend your knees slightly. Keep your back straight and relax completely. Put your palms on your lower abdomen. Left palm over right palm.
Step2
Put your tongue gently on the top of your mouth. Breath deeply and slowly through your nose pushing your breath down into your abdomen. Your abdomen should expand when you breath in and contract when you breath out.
Step3
Relax as you continue to breath. Repeat this process for 15, 30. or 60 minutes. Close your eyes or keep them open a little during this exercise.
Step4
When you have completed your exercise session walk slowly and continue your activities.
