How to Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

A favorite any time of the year, especially during the holidays.

Things You'll Need

• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 4 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Mix together salad oil, unsweetened chocolate (melted) and sugar.

2. Add eggs, one at a time.

3. Mix in vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder.

4. Chill dough overnight.

5. Roll a half teaspoon amount of dough into a ball, then roll in powder sugar.

6. Place balls on a greased baking sheet.

7. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
