Things You’ll Need:
- Groceries
- Baking Pans

- Wooden Spoons
- lasagna noodles
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. thawed spinach
- salt
- pepper
- spaghetti sauce
- Romano cheese
- Italian bread
Step1
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Step2
Combine the ricotta cheese and cottage cheese in a large bowl. Stir to mix, then add thawed spinach that has been well drained. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step3
Take the noodles one at a time and place on a flat surface. Take about 2 tbsp. spinach mixture and spread onto a noodle, then roll the noodle jelly-roll-style and place in a 13-by-15-by-2-inch pan.
Step4
Continue until all the noodles and mixture have been used.
Step5
Top with your favorite homemade or prepackaged spaghetti sauce.
Step6
Top with a sprinkling of Romano cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Step7
Serve with hot Italian bread.

on 8/8/2006 For my house full of carnivores, I just browned some breakfast sausage and added a teaspoon to each roll up.
It tasted so good my five year old didn't even notice the spinach!
