        Find a game that will support three or more players.

        Turn off your PlayStation.

        Place the game in the CD tray.

        Plug a controller into the first player slot of your PlayStation.

        Plug the multitap into the second player slot of the PlayStation.

        Plug up to four controllers into the multitap.

        Turn on your PlayStation.

        Set up the game with the controller in the first player slot.

    Tips & Warnings

    • Multi-player video games are designated by an emblem on the back of the case. It states the number of players the particular game can support.

      My multitap slots B, C and D aren't working but A is WTF.

      I'm having trouble getting the unit to simply realise there are other peripherals conected to slots B, C and D. It's recognising a controller/guitar etc. in slot A, but that's the same as playing 2 player without the darned thing. It's just an expensive extension cord right now...

      Multitap (for PlayStation®2) it has a black like line that doesn't come out like it was made there for a reason, but because it is there i cant plug it in the Ps2. Should i take it back or is something wrong with it and i just did all the instructions it makes me have to force it in the ps2 for it to go in says its on the little red light beside the analog sticks will come on. Please reply ASAP.
