Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Purchase a red union suit or stretch pajamas. (Some stores have them for $5.99.)

  2. Step 2

Cut nine long, triangular leaves out of green felt or green fleece.

  3. Step 3

Pin the leaves onto the bottom of the neck edge of the union suit, overlapping them just a bit.

  4. Step 4

Use a zigzag stitch to sew the leaves on. Make a second row of stitching. Trim the edges.

  5. Step 5

Use puff fabric paint in a contrasting color to paint the strawberry dots on the front, chest part of the union suit.

  6. Step 6

Wait until the dots dry, then turn the suit over and repeat the process.

on 11/22/2005 Take a green stocking hat for the base. Get green felt for the stem. I drew a stem on newspaper and then traced it into the felt. Use hot glue or sew it together, leaving a hole to stuff with filler. Attach to the stocking cap and attach ivy silk leaves.
