If your hotel doesn't have a gym or you're simply pressed for time, you don't have throw your good fitness habits away. Instead, use common things you'll find in most hotel rooms to get some exercise and to burn off stress and calories.

Step1
Warm up by marching in place or doing toe taps side to side.

Step3
Use a towel as a floor mat to do crunches, push-ups, and stretches.

Use the seat of a chair to perform dips. For added intensity, prop feet onto bed.
Step5
Go for squats using a backpack or holding onto small piece of luggage.
Step6
Carry water-fillable dumbells with you to perform bicep curls, tricep extensions, military presses, shoulder raises, lunges, and squats.
Step7
Thera-bands, or other stretchy exercise devices, are easy to carry in travel bags and can provide resistance to increase the intensity of exercises.
Step8
Perform heel raises while holding onto a chair or desk.
Step9
Check out the in-room TV channels for fitness programs.
Step10
Cool down with gentle stretches.
