  • 1 medium size head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento stuffed green olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 chopped hard cooked egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
