Don't eat anything too heavy for breakfast. It won't go down too well in a stomach of a person who is still waking up. If you have to go to school or work, it would make you sleepy enough that you won't perform well. Fried rice that is too hard and dry is a no no, and the same goes for solids like carrots. Celery is O.K. Try to keep it balanced...Don't just eat oatmeal. Remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
