Since being of color makes you part of a minority group and so does being gay or lesbian, finding resources specifically geared for exactly who you are can be challenging. Here's how to find some great resources for gays and lesbians of color.

    Begin your quest for gay and lesbian African-American resources at Blackstripe.com. Pay particular attention to its very interesting list of notable black gays.

  2. Step 2

    Have a look at LLEGO.org, the website of the National Latina/o Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Organization, if it's Hispanic resources you're looking for.

  3. Step 3

    Find information about gays and lesbians in countries around the world at the Web site of the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC.org). Go to the site's map to quickly find resources by location.

  4. Step 4

    Scroll through a directory of sites for gays and lesbians who are African-American, Asian, Hispanic or other ethnicities at RainbowQuery.com.
