on 8/8/2006 Its the hormonal changes that cause acne. Don't try each and every product to find the best. Just stick on to one product. In fact, the best way to avoid pimples is to drink 1 liter of water and wash your face with warm water. Dandruff is the another cause for acne. So, use anti-dandruff shampoos. Squeezing the pimple causes spreading of pimples. Just take a sterilized needle and prick the pimple and take out the puss with the help of cotton or smooth cloth. Stop squeezing when blood comes out. Nature is the gift of God. I say; don't spoil your face with cosmetics.

on 8/8/2006 Pimples, acne and blackheads are common problems faced by almost everybody. They can pop up irrespective of age. There are many factors contributing to the growth of these spots. The major factor is diet. Diet affects your kidneys. These organs are crucial in eliminating toxins. The skin is another organ which eliminates toxins. Plain water will encourage excretion of toxins as the wastes are flushed out with the water. A measure of the minimum amount to satisfy your body's needs is 8 glasses. If you exercise and sweat a lot, you need to drink water after exercise to replace the fluids lost as sweat. Sweat contains wastes so you need to shower after your exercise. Oils secreted also contribute to clogged pores which give the problem of pimples, acne and blackheads. Use a scrub like a cleanser and sponge to clean your skin! If your pimples, acne or blackhead condition is serious, you can consult your doctor or pharmacist for supplements like Vitamin A and zinc. The former fights the dreaded spots by reducing the production of sebum. Vitamin A will also prevent dead skin cells from sticking together. This prevents the skin pores from being clogged by skin cell debris.
Zinc will work together with Vitamin A to heal lesions caused by outbreak of pimples and acne. Zinc also fights infection and arrest the spread of skin bacteria.

on 7/31/2006 Tip 1. Only squeeze your acne if you know how to. If you squeeze it wrong, you will leave huge fingernail prints in your skin. Even if you don't have long nails, ask someone who knows.

Tip 2. Wash your face night and day with a good soap. Rub between your nose with soap a lot, that's where acne is found most.
