on 1/29/2007 I use this tip from Marthastewart.com: Treat area with a dry solvent in a well-ventilated room. Press with cheesecloth; tamp with a soft-bristled brush. Repeat to remove as much pigment as possible. Flush area with isopropyl alcohol, tamp, and then let dry. Follow up with an enzyme detergent to remove reidue before washing.

on 8/8/2006 Little brother's or sister's think it's cute to put gum in your hair. Well, here's an easy way to get it out.
Spread some peanut butter on that wad of gum and work it through until the gum comes out of your hair.

on 11/22/2005 Spray Windex window cleaner on the stain before laundering. Lightly scrub window cleaner into fabric with an old toothbrush. Launder with regular detergent. If heavily stained, repeat process again before drying garnment.
