Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Spa Gift Certificates
  1. Step 1

Do the research - talk to friends, check out guidebooks and search online.

  2. Step 2

Check in with her: When would be a good time? What does she want? A mud bath? Personal trainer? Massage? Acupuncture? Aromatherapy?

  3. Step 3

If she's late in pregnancy, keep her limited mobility in mind. Look for a spa that emphasizes rest and relaxation over big-time physical exertion.

  4. Step 4

Make a reservation and make sure she doesn't have to think about the cost.

  5. Step 5

Remind her how much you appreciate that she's growing your baby; let her know that you wish every day could be a spa day for her.

  6. Step 6

Send her off with a card and flowers and meet her at the end for a special dinner.

on 4/6/2008 No need to go to the spa..have the spa come to you!!! My favorite gift was from my hubby when I was about 7 months pregnant and he got me a Beautiful Gift Box filled with products made just for pregnant moms!! Not only was the thought nice but the products were great. I still use some of them now and I am not pregnant. They have a lotion that smells sooo heavenly, I want to eat it...it is called Extreme Mama Creme , and it is all made with organic ingredients!! They offer postpartum stuff too,for postpartum moms as well. They are called The Sp-OIL-ed Mama. I think there website is www.thespoiledmama.com if not google them-
