Things You'll Need:
- 1 tsp. capers (optional)
- 1 tbsp. diced celery
- 1 to 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- pickle brine to moisturize
- 1 tbsp. chopped pickles or pickle relish
- 1 (6-oz.) can water-packed tuna
- black pepper to taste
- Groceries
- Mixing Bowls
- Wooden Spoons
- Mixing bowls

Step 1
Drain the tuna as well as you can and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and stir it into the tuna.

Add the chopped pickles or pickle relish, diced celery, and optional capers.

Step 4
Season with a pinch or so of black pepper.

Step 5
Stir everything together. Moisturize the mixture as desired with brine from the pickle jar or extra mayonnaise.

If making sandwiches, use two layers of leaf lettuce to keep the tuna salad from making the bread soggy.

on 6/30/2006 If you don't like mayonnaise or can't eat it because of an egg allergy or such, use ranch dressing instead. Not a bad idea even if you can eat mayonnaise, if you just want something a little different.
