1. Enter the code DEVDUDES to unlock the NBA 2K, Sega Sports, and Sega Bonus teams.
2. Enter the code MONSTER to unlock large players.
3. Enter the code LITTLEGUY to unlock small players.
4. Enter the code DOUGHBOY to unlock fat players.
5. Enter the code SQUISHY to unlock two-dimensional players.
6. Enter the code FATHEAD to unlock players with (literally) big heads.
7. Enter the code BIGFOOT to unlock players with big feet.
8. Enter the code BEACHBOYS to play with a basketball the size of a beach ball.
9. Enter the code COACHOUCH to see the coaches in pain.
10. Enter the code HIMOM to see a hidden message.
11. Enter the code HOTHAND to dunk from behind the 3-point line.
