- Wood Baskets
- Easter Candies
- Eggs
- Gift Certificates
- Spray Paints
- Toys
-
Step 1
Find a basket painted her favorite color, or buy a natural wicker one and spray it yourself. Choose one that's big and sturdy enough to hold toys, clothes or stuffed animals long after she's eaten all the chocolate bunnies on Easter morning.
-
Step 2
Line the basket with artificial grass, flats of wheat grass, or plan ahead and grow your own miniature lawn. (See Related eHows.)
-
Step 3
Buy colorful, hollow plastic eggs and fill them with tiny dolls or animals. Little girls are almost always fascinated by miniatures. (Just make sure your small friend is old enough to know they don't belong in her mouth.)
-
Step 4
Stuff more of the eggs with balls and jacks, bathtub toys, boxes of crayons, miniature books or small games.
-
Step 5
Think beyond Easter. Any paper document makes great egg stuffing, whether it's a family membership at the local science museum, a gift certificate for golf or riding lessons, or tickets to the circus.
-
Step 6
Don't overlook real eggs - in bright spring colors - and plenty of her favorite Easter candy.
