Spared the role of the Easter Bunny this year? That means this year's Easter outfit is up to you.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Think about the activities you and your family have planned for Easter. Church services and brunch in a nice restaurant might warrant a suit, while a dressy-casual outfit would be great for an afternoon picnic or an Easter parade with the kids.

  2. Step 2

Consider your dressy-casual options. Pair a wide cord with a lightweight sweater. Or, wear a khaki dress pant with a button-down shirt and tweed sport coat.

  3. Step 3

Mimic spring and introduce a shot of color into your Easter attire. Select a shirt or sweater in melon, mint, denim blue or ruby red. Opt for wheats, camels and cognacs for a subtler look.

  4. Step 4

Match socks to a bright shirt, or opt for a print sock that brings together the colors of your outfit.

  5. Step 5

Coordinate your belt and shoes. Pair a dark brown casual belt with a brown loafer, or a black belt with a leather lace-up in soft black.

  6. Step 6

Save the tie for more formal gatherings or church services, unless, of course, you really feel like wearing one.

Tips & Warnings
  • Coordinate your outfit with your son. Mom will just love it!
