Instructions

1. Hop a short flight from Miami and deplane onto the steaming tarmac ready for a mix of adventure and relaxation.

2. Wear your bathing suit, a T-shirt and a hat for a week straight.

3. Stop and listen to street-corner musicians playing calypso music on steel drums. Tip them well.

4. Eat a cheeseburger in paradise while Jimmy Buffet plays in the background.

5. Take a boat charter to remote coves with excellent snorkeling and empty beaches.

6. Horseback ride through the lush tropical foliage while birds squawk like punch-drunk sports fans.
