on 8/25/2008 During the day, pretty much everyone parties in front of the Saida Towers & the Radisson Beach hotel. At night, clubs like Louies Backyard, Club Pelican West, and Tequila Frogs go off. Consider purchasing a fun side trip like a party yacht cruise (booze cruise) or a Padre Pub Crawl ticket as these events will mix you in with thousands of other students. Inertia seems to be the company doing most of the spring break south padre stuff. They have a party package as well for the whole week.

on 1/15/2008 Renting a boat and catching some fish is a great idea. Call the SPI Chamber of Commerce and they will refer you to the best and most affordable captains. Spring Break is a time to watch how much you spend so get the most for your money as it doesn't grow on trees. Getting your own private boat is better than being on a big boat because you aren't with a bunch of strangers that are going to tangle up your line all the time. You will have a personalized trip with the attention you deserve and are paying for. The Chamber of Commerce will hook you up with the best captain around.
