How to Open a Photograph in PhotoDeluxe

With Adobe PhotoDeluxe, you can download a photo from a photofinishing service on the Web, retrieve a photo from a digital camera or scanner, or import from a CD or other disk or folder on your system. These instructions apply to Adobe PhotoDeluxe for Windows 2.0.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Open Adobe PhotoDeluxe.

  2. Step 2

    Click on the Get Photo button.

  3. Step 3

    Click the tab for the importing method you need.

  4. Step 4

    Provide any additional information that you might be asked for.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also use the Open command in the File menu.
  • To download photos from an online photofinishing service, you must first install a plug-in that the service provides.
  • PhotoDeluxe opens a photograph in its own file format. You will need to name and save the file after it's opened. Your original file remains unchanged.
