How to Open a Photograph in PhotoDeluxe

With Adobe PhotoDeluxe, you can download a photo from a photofinishing service on the Web, retrieve a photo from a digital camera or scanner, or import from a CD or other disk or folder on your system. These instructions apply to Adobe PhotoDeluxe for Windows 2.0.

Things You'll Need:

• Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition

1. Open Adobe PhotoDeluxe.

2. Click on the Get Photo button.

3. Click the tab for the importing method you need.

4. Provide any additional information that you might be asked for.

Tips & Warnings

• You can also use the Open command in the File menu.
• To download photos from an online photofinishing service, you must first install a plug-in that the service provides.
• PhotoDeluxe opens a photograph in its own file format. You will need to name and save the file after it's opened. Your original file remains unchanged.
