on 11/22/2005 Include brief statements like, "please bring your favorite dish to add to our buffet table" and "beverages will be provided". Guests will be more than happy to add their own special touch to the party, while you focus on other details.

on 11/22/2005 Scarves, tableclothes, colorful fabric, ribbon, antique glass and knick knacks are great fun to decorate with! Doves or angels are a sweet touch for a wedding shower. Your attic probably houses some items you could incorporate into the theme. Have fun!

on 11/22/2005 Glass you find at flea mkts or garage sales is great for adding excitement to your party. Mix old & new vases, centerpieces, & yes, even dinnerware for variety! But don't skimp on arrangement. Various colors & textures will display your food beautifully!
